UK delivery
We deliver throughout the UK. Delivery options and the charge for your order are shown at checkout.
For delivery to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm arrangements and any delivery charge. These destinations are not currently available through our online checkout.
Standard delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £5.79 on orders below £250.
Standard delivery is free on orders of £250 or more. The free-delivery threshold is based on the value of the goods after any discounts, excluding delivery charges.
Allow two to three working days from dispatch.
Express delivery
DHL Express costs £10.79. Express delivery is available on every order, including orders that qualify for free standard delivery.
Order cut-off and dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the following working day.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland can take longer. The UK delivery rates above apply to orders placed through our online checkout. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photographs where possible, and we will put it right. Reporting promptly helps us investigate; this is not a deadline for exercising your statutory rights.
