Our Returns Policy for INTEGRA Prima hardware and related product-line sales. Site-installation work is covered separately by your project contract. Please replace this placeholder copy with the finalised policy before go-live.
1. 30-day return window
Unopened, unused INTEGRA products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original, undamaged packaging.
2. Non-returnable items
Cut-to-size tiles, bespoke finishes, and clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.
3. How to return
Email hello@tileinprogress.com with your order number. We’ll issue a Returns Authorisation number (RA) and a prepaid label for UK returns.
4. Faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours of delivery (photos help). We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item.
6. Warranty
Every INTEGRA product is covered by a 10-year warranty against workmanship and material defects. Warranty claims do not require a return unless we request one.
